Living right in the heart of Rice growing, It is the staple of our diet, Like the time Boudreaux was in town which was rare, he ordered a hamburger, the waitress she asked him all the way, Boo said No cut da rice.

Customarily, Fridays, meant Fry-Day, always fish on Fry days, growing up on the plains, we had plenty fish and crawfish, so it filled our belly's every Friday, Hunting, Gathering, processing, daily activities, at our house.

Saturdays was never a day for sleeping in, it is a day of getting with it for yourself, not da-Man, so many Saturdays begins well in da dark, and ends sometimes in da dark Sunday morning.
